About Me

I am a mom, wife, yoga teacher, and full-time product marketer with several years of experience in the SaaS industry. My professional skills include branding, storytelling, content creation, and marketing strategy. My career has taken me through almost all aspects of business: account management, customer success, project management, strategic planning, marketing, leadership, and more. I spent several years developing and launching iOS, Android, and web apps for cultural institutions, followed by a few years of demand generation in the IoT (Internet of Things) industry.

In addition to my career in marketing, I teach yoga and meditation in-person and online via Zoom and Facebook. I received my 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher certification (CYT 200) in January 2020 from Aura Wellness Center. My class styles include slow flow, gentle yoga, and Vinyasa with a focus on mindfulness and breath.

I have a BA in journalism from The College at Brockport, State University of New York. While in college, I was a resident assistant, campus tour guide, staff writer for The Stylus student newspaper, and a member of the Public Relations Club, Phi Sigma Sigma, and Inter-Greek Council. I also interned and volunteered for two nonprofits, The National Kidney Foundation and The Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley, helping with public relations and events. After college, I briefly wrote articles for the former news website Examiner.com.

Although my family might accuse me of being a workaholic, I savor my downtime by practicing yoga, hiking with my family, finding joy in movement, and traveling. I’m a Pisces, Enneagram type 3, and I can’t decide between mountains or beaches — why not both?
