I am a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga teacher. I offer online yoga classes held via Zoom and Facebook, and plan to teach outdoor, socially-distanced public and private classes beginning Spring 2021.

I offer free monthly yoga classes plus tips, inspiration, and eduction in the Facebook group Yoga with Alli.

Pay What You Can + Donation-based Classes (Online)

Open-level Hatha yoga classes for all. Variations and props are taught and encouraged. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced students are all welcome. 30-60 minutes. Financial insecurity should not be a barrier to practicing yoga, so all students are welcome regardless of ability to pay. Any amount is appreciated.

Suggested amounts: 

 $5 – covers the cost of basic technical needs, including Zoom subscription, Internet service, etc. 

$10 – covers the cost of technical needs plus time committed to planning, preparing, and leading class.

$15 – covers the cost of technical needs, time spent planning and teaching, plus personal income for basic living expenses and charitable donations.

Specialty Classes (Online or Outdoor, In-person)

Themed classes such as inversion workshops, all about balance, power vinyasa, restorative yoga, intention setting, yoga for release, and more. 60-90 minutes.

$10-20 drop-in

Private Group Classes (In-person)

Gather a group of people for mindful movement, breathing, and meditation. Ideal for birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, employee wellness programs, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and more. Or just grab a few friends for yoga in your yard! 60 minutes.

2-4 people: $15 each

5-9 people: $12 each

10+ people: $10 each

Private Individual Instruction (Online or In-person)

Inquire for pricing – based on needs with sliding scale option.

Please contact me if you are interested in hosting private yoga classes in the Rochester, Syracuse, or Buffalo, NY areas. All in-person yoga classes are subject to state and local regulations regarding COVID-19 precautions, such as social distancing and masks.
